Participation itineraries for schools

We promote participation itineraries for the staff of Andalusian schools in order to create processes toward personal and social transformation in line with the values of Fifth Generation Education for Development, which works toward cultivating global citizens. We worked with 820 people (440 women and 380 men) and, from a preliminary assessment where we involved five schools, we have creatde an itinerary for transformative participation with an EfD approach that will be carried out in 15 schools.
The expected outputs are: –  An assessment created with a gender equity approach about staff participation in 5 schools, with a special focus on non-regulated spaces and times of the school activity. –  An itinerary to promote participation in 15 pre-schools, primary and secondary schools in Andalusia.
